• Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

• Less that 48 hours notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

• Less than 72 hours' notice: 25% of the appointment fee will be charged.

• More than 72 hours' notice: No charges will apply.
