Sound Therapy
Healing begins when we align with the right frequency
About sound therapy
Sound Therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses the unique vibration of sound to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound therapy works on the principle that everything in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency, including our bodies. Our emotions are tied to specific vibrational frequencies. The body’s cells and systems are constantly vibrating and adjusting in response to internal and external stimuli. Our thoughts and mental states have a vibrational quality as well as our environment and interactions with others also affects our vibration. We are in a constant state of vibration. This ongoing vibrational activity influences how we interact with and respond to our daily experiences.
By using sound waves with specific frequencies through different instruments, sound therapy aims to influence these vibrations and restore balance. Instruments used in my sessions include Tibetan singing bowls, storm drum, rain stick, tuning forks and more. Each instrument is designed to resonate with and heal the body and mind.
Sound Therapy is also known as 'Sound Healing' or 'Sound Bath'.
