Kinesiology

True knowledge is self knowledge

What is Kinesiology?

The body has its own energy system that operates in the background of our daily lives. However, these energies can become imbalanced, stagnant, or blocked due to stress on a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual level.

Kinesiology is a powerful yet gentle energy healing modality that focuses on restoring the flow of the body’s natural energies and supporting its innate healing abilities. By integrating the science of anatomy and physiology with the art of muscle testing, Kinesiology helps identify stress and imbalances on a physical and energetic level, providing valuable feedback on our overall health and well-being.

This approach allows us to access memories stored in our subconscious, where self-limiting beliefs, unprocessed emotions , stress, and outdated programming can keep us stuck. Kinesiology makes the subconscious conscious, enabling us to release and reconnect with our true essence; moving forward with greater empowerment and vitality.

Why PKP?

PKP Kinesiology is a priority-based system that uses muscle testing to identify the body's main stressor at any given moment. The body is incredibly wise - it knows where the stress is held and how to release it. All we have to do is listen.

Practitioners tap into the bodies inner wisdom using a method called finger modes, unique to PKP Kinesiology. Finger modes are like an energetic toolbox or keys that unlock the body’s own healing intelligence. Each mode carries a specific frequency that release the issue by clearing stress, shifting stagnant or blocked energy and support your body’s natural ability to heal and upgrade itself. PKP enables both the practitioner and client to collaborate, where the client actively participates in the balancing process.

For an online session we will follow the steps above. The practitioner will use their own muscle to act as yours. The session is done sitting up.

  • Stay Hydrated - Drink plenty of water before your session. Hydration helps your cells communicate effectively and facilitates the movement of energy

Choose comfortable, loose, breathable clothes that allow for ease of movement and relaxation

Set Intentions by reflecting on what you hope to achieve from the session. Setting a clear intention helps guide the healing process

Minimise caffeine or other stimulants beforehand, as they can interfere with relaxation and energy flow

  • After a Kinesiology session, you may experience a range of feelings, including:

Increased Energy - many people feel revitalised and more energetic, as blockages are cleared and energy flows more freely.

Emotional Release - it's common to feel more emotional. This can manifest as relief, sadness, or even joy.

Clarity and Awareness - you might notice heightened clarity of thought and awareness of your feelings and needs.

Fatigue - some may feel tired as the body begins to integrate the changes. This is a normal part of the healing process.

A sense of lightness or ease in the body can occur, as tension is released and balance is restored.

Physical Sensations - you may experience physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or relaxation in areas that were previously tense.

Everyone's experience is unique, so it's important to honour how you feel and allow yourself time to process the session.

  • Stay Hydrated - continue drinking water to help flush out toxins and support your body’s energy flow.

Rest and Reflect - take some time to rest. Consider journaling your thoughts or feelings about the session to help process your experience.

Gentle Movement - engage in light activities like walking or stretching to help integrate the energy shifts.

Avoid overstimulation - limit caffeine, intense workouts, or heavy meals immediately after the session to allow your body to adjust.

Listen to Your Body - pay attention to how you feel and honour any physical or emotional responses. Rest if you feel tired, and allow yourself to feel any emotions that arise.

Follow Recommendations - if your practitioner provided any specific exercises, meditations, or self-care tips, try to incorporate these into your routine as able.

Be Patient - allow time for your body to process the changes. Some effects may unfold over the following days.

By taking these steps, you can enhance the benefits of your kinesiology session and support your overall well-being.
